great access to parks and downtown attractions makes it worth it

During my stay, I found the room to be extremely comfortable and enjoyed the well-insulated windows that kept things nice and quiet despite being near the freeway, making it perfect for my weekend city strolls. Being just over 2 km from Squalicum Creek Park allowed me to easily explore its trails and enjoy some beautiful green space after visiting nearby landmarks like the SPARK Museum of Electrical Invention.

Exterior doors without secure locks!!! Maintenance needed on the soda machine!!! Unhygienic conditions in the shower!!! Regular cleaning of common areas would be beneficial!!! A little security would improve guest safety!!!

Unfortunately, the experience took a nosedive with the room's distinct moldy smell, which could be concerning, especially for those with allergies. Also, there wasn't much in the way of on-site amenities like coffee service, which seemed lacking and could have added convenience during our stay. Additionally, the lack of functional equipment, like the coffee maker that didn’t work, was disappointing.

The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the fresh orange juice—just divine! Plus, I loved the comfy bed and cozy vibe of the King Room. Not to mention, the friendly staff made it all the better.

I enjoyed the charming atmosphere and the layout was easy to navigate during my stay. The grounds offered a nice view with vegetation. I felt welcomed thanks to the staff. I stayed for three nights and appreciated the cleanliness throughout.

I noticed the common areas could use a bit more seating.

I loved relaxing in the heated swimming pool and enjoying family time in the garden area during our stay. The only downside was the hot tub being a bit dirty, but it didn't ruin our fun. I recommend asking about the dining options nearby. we found some great places!

The room was pretty nice with a comfy king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom stocked with body soap and shampoo. I liked having a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast options were okay but a little dry. The parking was ample, which was a plus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the hotel. The clean, modern decor and friendly staff made it a welcoming place, and I appreciated the accessible layout, which made it easy to navigate during my stay.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and great location to the freeway made our stay enjoyable, with the added convenience of free parking and a delicious breakfast to start the day.

Staying here last winter was a mixed bag. The location had a charming character, and I loved the spaciousness of my King Room Non-Smoking. I did notice some security issues with the entrances. It offered a unique experience along my road trip journey!
